You may not remove, alter, or obscure any trademark, logo, or proprietary notice belonging to Willow & Wave on the website or in any downloaded assets that include our branding.
6. Delivery & Download
Willow & Wave will notify you when your gallery is ready. All content must be downloaded within 30 days of notification; otherwise, we may remove the files from our servers.
7. Fees and Payment
All fees for services must be paid in full in 30 days before delivery of digital files. Deliverables will be withheld until payment is received.
8. Warranties & Disclaimers

All Content and services are provided “AS IS.” Willow & Wave disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
8.2 Digital Delivery Risks
Due to the nature of the Internet, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free access; you assume all risks in using the site and downloading Content.
